Returns Policy
All us girls at Coco Pink Cottesloe really hope you love your new purchase, any issues with your new purchase please make sure you email us straight away – hello@cocopinkcottesloe.com.au once we have received your email we will reply with a RA # (Return Authorization Number) which will activate your return. You will need to use this reference number when returning all items, clearly mark this on the Postage Bag and address to – Returns Departments – Coco Pink 1/9 Sundercombe Street Osborne Park WA 6017 (Postage costs are non-refundable and all returns/exchanges sent via post are at the cost of the customer).If you item is returned later then 14 days for received yur order this is outside our Exchange / Credit Terms and will contact you to arrange shipping back to you at your cost. If you feel your return may take longer then 14 days for unforeseen circumstances please ensure you contact us as we want to eliminate this from happening.
SALES / DISCOUNTED ITEMS
All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange or credit note so please choose carefully, more then happy to help with any questions you may have re the item, so feel free to call the store or drop us a txt..
REFUNDS
We do not refund but are more the happy swap for a different size / style or offer a store credit. Returns will only be accepted on items within 14 days from the date of purchase. All receipts must be provided along with your RA number. Items must be returned with tags attached and in its original packaging and no returns will be accepted they have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
IN STORE RETURNS
We do not accept online order returns at our dispatch warehouse unless notified
FAULTY RETURNS
We are unable to offer a refund unless the product is fault, in saying this, the item must be returned to us then assessed by the brands / designers manufacturing team to confirm any damage to the item is a manufacturing fault. If item is then recognised as fault it will incur a full refund, otherwise a store credit will be issued. If you feel that the goods you have received are not in a satisfactory condition please notify our team immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order via email .
